How it works

1

Set your focus and break lengths, rounds, and colors above.

2

Copy the embed link once the preview looks right.

3

In Notion, type /embed and paste the link.

4

Resize the block, then press Start whenever you sit down to work.

Why this one

01

Any split you want

25/5 is the default everywhere else, and usually the only free option. Set 50/10, 90/20, whatever your focus actually looks like — at no cost.

02

Built like a real timer

An analog dial that visibly winds down, not a thin progress bar. The ring color itself shifts for focus, short break, and long break.

03

Survives a reload

Accidentally refresh the Notion page mid-session and the timer picks up where it left off instead of resetting to zero.

04

Rounds tracked for you

Small pips fill in as you complete focus sessions, so you always know how close you are to the next long break without counting.

FAQ

Do I need an account?

No. Nothing on this site requires sign-up — copy the link, paste it into Notion, done.

Does it keep running if I close the tab?

The timer stores its state on your device, including the exact moment it should finish. Reopen the page later and it'll show the correct time left — or catch you up silently if a session already ended while you were away.

Does it sync across my devices?

No — it's stored locally in your browser, so the same running timer won't show up if you open the Notion page on your phone. That's the tradeoff for staying account-free.

I already embedded one — can I change the settings?

Changing settings up here only updates this preview. To update a widget you've already placed, generate a new link and swap it into the Notion embed block's source.

Does it make noise?

A soft two-tone chime plays when a session ends, on by default. A quiet tick during the countdown is available too, but off by default since it's easy to find distracting.
